Last summer I bought a website on MotionInvest, and it was doing a measly $30pm in Amazon affiliate revenue.

I was not surprised, as the calls to actions were tiny text links hidden within the content.

My first task, before adding or optimising content with Query Hunter, was to squeeze as much revenue out of what we already had.

So here’s what I did:

I installed Lasso. This creates beautiful looking CTA’s to your affiliate products. With Amazon affiliate it's really easy. It pulls in the image and the info. You can customize it and make it look seamless within your site.

Here’s some tips if you want to do the same

Install Lasso or similar - I prefer Lasso because it’s beautiful out of the box, no messing around to get it to look good - but any Affiliate/Amazon plugin will work
Insert at the top of every page with traffic after a short intro
Insert Pros and Cons (cons is important, it builds trust)
